Even in a 3-9 season, a win against the Dolphins is satisfying. So was today's 40-13 romp in Miami. The defense did not allow a touchdown, and the running game woke from the dead with (ugh) the first rushing TD from Thomas Jones and two from Leon Washington. Hard to say whether this symbolizes any long-term hope as that Miami club is god-awful (probably more likely to go 0-16 than the Pats are to go 16-0), but hey, with the QB controversy and that Gate D crap, we won't finish last.
